Internet Language Company is a leading supplier of language and translation products and services worldwide, doing business from Seattle, WA, USA since 1995.

ILC was founded by Ken Tomkins, Seattle businessman, chess master, and visionary. While proprietor of an ESL school, he noticed a remarkable demand for ESL and language teaching materials. He saw that this demand could be tied into the potential of the Internet, which he accomplished with the help of his friends and now partners Larry Zoumas and John Pepon, who supplied essential capital, technical ability, and hard work.
